Served as an officer in an elite unit within the IDF’s Paratroopers Brigade. Has a B.A. in accounting and M.B.A. in business administration from Tel Aviv University. A graduate of a senior management course at Harvard University’s School of Business Administration.

Member of a research team at the Samuel Neeman Institute for National Policy on behalf of the Technion Institute of Science. In his previous job, Amir served as CFO and Manager of Business Development at a public company in the field of biomed and medical products. Over the course of the 8 years prior to this, he was a CPA and manager of the company audit team at Ernst & Young (EY) accounting firm. Serves as a Board Member at the Tel Aviv Yafo Economic and Development Authority and as an internal auditor at the public-benefit corporation, Collective Impact.
