Avi manages the networking department (also known as “Graduates Forum”) at Olim Beyahad. Prior to his current position, he served as the CEO at “Hila” – For Equality in Education, a non-profit organization.

Avi is a member of the “Merchav Hashpaa” Coalition of Ethiopian Israeli Activists and Organizations, as well as a member of the Joint Forum for the Struggle Against Racism. He is also involved in several additional social voluntary groups that work to eradicate racism, improve Israeli society, and advance true change in society.
